Job Description
Title : Sr. Manager / AGM - Consumer Health Products
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 8-10 Years in Product Management
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing
What's the job about?
You'll create and manage health packages (like preventive health checkups) for different customer groups (based on age, lifestyle, etc.) to help grow business.
What will you do?
- Plan and launch new health packages based on customer needs.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to promote these packages both online and offline.
- Travel 8-10 days a month to understand the market and customer behavior.
- Ensure these packages generate revenue by making them attractive and useful.
What skills do you need?
- 8-10 years of product management experience.
- Good with data, strategy, and communication.
- Able to manage projects, understand markets, and work with cross-functional teams.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a must.
