Head - Operations - FMCG (10-15 yrs)

Role: Head of Operations

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Operations to lead our supply chain, production, warehousing, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic & Core Functions:

- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with business goals

- Drive process optimization and implement lean methodologies

- Lead cross-functional teams and promote a culture of excellence

- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory norms

- Build strong stakeholder relationships (vendors, partners, internal teams)

Functional Areas:

- Supply Chain Leadership - Build scalable systems and lead multi-functional teams

- Procurement & Supplier Management - Optimize vendor performance and cost

- Production Oversight - Ensure quality manufacturing and resource efficiency

- Logistics & Distribution - Drive timely, cost-effective product delivery

- Inventory Management - Maintain optimal stock, reduce wastage

- Customer Fulfillment - Ensure on-time order deliveries and issue resolution

- Financial Control - Monitor KPIs and execute cost-saving initiatives

- Technology & Innovation - Embrace automation, digital tools, and data analytics

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 10+ years in operations/supply chain (min. 5 years in leadership), preferably in food or FMCG

- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Operations, SCM, or related fields

- Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics tools

- Expertise in cold chain logistics and food production environments

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
