Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Achievement: Drive top-line growth through targeted product sales across COCO and FOFO channels.
- Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Design, price, and position health packages using deep market insights.
- Customer Segmentation & New Product Development: Perform fieldwork (8-10 days/month) to analyze needs across lifestyle, age, region, and demographics.
- Innovation & Piloting: Launch, refine, and scale packages based on real-time feedback and pilot performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and IT for seamless execution and customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in product management, especially in consumer healthcare, FMCG, or wellness domains
- Proficiency in data analysis, BI tools, and MS Office Suite
- A customer-first mindset with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
