Role Objective
The Strategic projects role is a high-impact, fast-paced role that works on strategic initiatives, business reviews, special projects, and internal alignment with cross-functional leaders. This role is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating impact at scale. You will be part of the inner circle supporting the Leaders in translating strategy into action.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Work closely with the leaders to prioritize and track progress on critical strategic goals.
- Support preparation of business reviews, board updates, and strategic presentations.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
2. Program Management:
- Own or support cross-functional projects from inception to execution.
- Track KPIs and key initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment across stakeholders.
- Identify risks, flag bottlenecks, and help course-correct where needed.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Draft internal and external communications, reports, and memos.
- Facilitate effective communication between the leaders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Partner with functional leaders to drive alignment on key priorities.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Category experience is strongly preferred.
- Excel and PPT advanced 2-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or CXO office roles.
- Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
- High degree of ownership, responsiveness, and adaptability.
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Prior experience in a high-growth or tech-driven organization is a plus.
