SAP FICO Testing Lead (10-15 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced FICO Lead (Tester) with 10+ years of expertise in SAP FICO, ECC, and E-Invoicing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of FI & CO processes and a proven track record in SAP implementations and support. This role demands a customer-facing professional with excellent communication skills, capable of leading data migration and testing activities within complex SAP environments. A strong understanding of S4HANA FIORI is mandatory.

Responsibilities :

SAP FICO Testing and Validation :

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP FICO modules.

- Perform functional and integration testing to ensure the quality and stability of SAP FICO solutions.

- Validate FI & CO processes, master data, and transactional data.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Data Migration and Cutover :

- Lead and manage data migration and cutover activities for SAP FICO modules.

- Develop data upload templates and provide guidance to business users.

- Utilize LTMC and LSMW tools for data migration.

- Perform pre and post-data validation and reconciliation.

- Handle all Master & Transaction data objects of FI & CO.

SAP FICO Implementation and Support :

- Provide expert support for SAP FICO modules during implementation and rollout projects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex FICO issues.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of FI & CO processes.

- Good knowledge of E-Invoicing.

S4HANA FIORI :

- Demonstrate proficiency in S4HANA FIORI and its applications in FICO.

- Utilize FIORI apps for testing, data validation, and process execution.

Customer Interaction and Communication :

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to FICO testing and data migration.

- Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.

- Provide clear and concise documentation and reports.

- This is a manditory requirement, as this is a customer facing role.

Data Management :

- Provide the data upload templates, explain to business, help them in reconciliation, pre & post data validations of each and every object of FI & CO.

- Strong understanding of all Master & Transaction data objects of FI & CO.

- Experience with providing data upload templates, and helping with data reconcilliation.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.

- Knowledge of other SAP modules.
