Agency Upsell Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for tele-calling of all leads assigned for generating appointments.
• Ensuring Face to Face Visits of customers to ensure service delivery and upsell all such customers.
• To engage with Sales Team and agents for increasing customer penetration.
• Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target.
• Managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion% etc
• Managing accurate & updated database.
• Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on regular basis through leads allocated & natural market.
