REPORTS TO: AVP - Sales

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND - Any Graduate preferably with an MBA.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Good experience in a core CRM function with organizations across industries. Prior Real Estate work experience is mandatory.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual who has worked with well-known organizations, with proven track record in Customer Relation Management. Should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to deliver the results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Interaction for agreement & Collection activities
• Coordinate with Sales & marketing team to manage post sales activities.
• Coordinating with Sales Team & Accounts Team regularly with regards to payment clearance and customer account reconciliations.
• For dealing with customer complaints, queries and information requests giving logical and satisfactory end to the process.
• Maintaining excellent service quality at the point of enquiry and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly statistical reports as appropriate.
• To ensure that follow-up schedules and deadlines are met.
• Making Allotment Letters, Demand Letters, Reminder Letters, Pre-Cancellation Letters and Cancellation Letters along with interest statement.
• Receiving payment and entering in the system and forwarding to account department. - update & Changes in new bookings
• Responsible for standard collections procedures.
• Follow-up with customers for instalments payment due & overdue. - Issuance of demand letters and reminders for late payments.
• Complete responsibility of smooth handover / possession of Flats
