JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a versatile marketing enthusiast who is eager to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience executing marketing campaigns predominantly on an on-ground & BTL level. He/she would need to be comfortable with executing day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE

• Assisting the marketing operation manager for planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Assist in creation, implementation & development of Monthly /Quarterly marketing plan.
• Leading end to end planning and execution of BTL activities for launch and sustenance campaigns with seasonal experience in on-ground activations & promotions.
• New vendors / BTL Agencies identification and coordination with them for Day-to-day jobs
• Build partnerships with institutions and develop brand collaboration.
• Ensure all the event/on ground marketing activities and collaterals are executed within budgets.
• Preparing health report for every on-ground activity executed
• Performance tracking basis set metrics (Opps /SVs generated) and implementing course corrections across BTL mediums.
• Planning and negotiating requirements for OOH, BTL activities like mall activations, RWA, event stalls, vendor activations & branding etc.
• Support for Channel Partner activations driving meets, collateral & content support.
• Liaison with Brand team & focused projects sales team to understand the problem and requirement to achieve monthly site visits / sales numbers.
• Ensure timely availability of the project marketing collaterals like Site Plans / Floor plans, brochures, standees, etc.
• Evaluating competitors, market recce, events and exhibitions visits and data collection.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in execution of marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
• Ability to turn things around within tight timelines.
