Project Manager HVAC

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee HVAC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and technical expertise in HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets, in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and providing regular project updates.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all HVAC installations and modifications meet industry standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Resource Management: Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project profitability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in HVAC project management or a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and regulations; familiarity with design and calculation software.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
