Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery to guests.
- Supervise a team of associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Conduct inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze financial performance metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
