Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage soft services operations, including housekeeping, laundry, pest control, and horticulture.
  
• Oversee facility administration tasks such as office management and maintenance scheduling.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for all facilities under management.
  
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain high-quality service delivery across all areas of soft services.
  
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-11 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
  
• Excellent administrative skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping management principles and practices.
  
• Ability to work effectively with vendors and contractors to achieve desired outcomes.
