Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for IT-related issues.
  
• Manage help desk operations including ticketing system, knowledge base, and asset management.
  
• Handle guest handling and complaints in a professional manner.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions with customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in Help Desk Operations or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of front desk operations, guest handling, and complaint management.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in using help desk software applications or tools.
