Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring guest sanctification, suggestive selling.
- Supervising and performing day to day F & B tasks
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to guests.
- Supervise floor management team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Ensure excellent guest service by handling complaints and feedback effectively.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing budgets for the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant premises.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-18 years of experience in 5*/4* hotel or restaurant management with at least 5 years as Captain/Shift Manager/Team Leader.
- Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM (Institute of Hotel Management) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage industry trends, food safety regulations, hospitality practices, hotel operations, housekeeping protocols.
