Srivari Spices & Foods - Quality Manager - Oils Testing - FMCG Segment (3-6 yrs)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee end-to-end quality control and assurance for our edible oils division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing food safety processes and regulatory compliance within the FMCG or oil manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other food safety standards.

- Lead quality audits, manage documentation, and handle vendor quality assessments.

- Oversee lab operations, raw material inspections, and finished product quality.

- Implement process improvements for consistent quality delivery.

- Coordinate with production, procurement, and R&D for quality alignment.

Candidate Requirements:

- 3-6 years of experience in food/oil quality management in FMCG setup.

- Strong knowledge of food safety norms, testing protocols, and statutory guidelines.

- Ability to lead audits and handle external regulatory interactions.
