Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-8 yrs)

Position : Salesforce Developer

Job Description :

As a Salesforce Developer at Stalwart Innovations, you will be a key member of our project teams, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications, build robust features, and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of Salesforce applications.

Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing the potential of our Salesforce instances for various business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Customization & Development :

- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Aura Components to meet business requirements.

- Design and implement declarative solutions using Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules where appropriate.

Integration :

- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration patterns.

Data Management :

- Work with Salesforce data models, ensuring data integrity and efficient use of SOQL/SOSL queries.

- Perform data migrations and data loading using tools like Data Loader.

Deployment & Release Management :

- Assist in managing code deployments and release processes using change sets, Ant Migration Tool, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines.

Collaboration & Requirements :

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers or administrators.

Mandatory Skills :

- Salesforce Development : Strong hands-on experience (4-8 years) in Salesforce development, including deep proficiency in :

1. Apex : Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Schedulable Apex, Asynchronous Apex.

2. Visualforce : Pages, Components, Controllers.

3. Lightning Components : Significant experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) is essential; Aura Components experience is also valued.

- Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Solid understanding of Salesforce's declarative capabilities (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow, Validation Rules) and when to use them versus code.

- Expert-level proficiency in writing efficient SOQL and SOSL queries.

- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and CLI for development and deployment.

- Version Control : Proficiency with Git for source code management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business and technical challenges on the Salesforce platform.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have :

- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Administrator).

- Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud).

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks in general.

- Experience with CI/CD for Salesforce development.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

- Experience with data migration strategies and tools (e.g., Data Loader)
