Executive- Production (QMS)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of the proper operation and cleaning of machines and areas related to the Granulation area, Blending area, Compression area, Coating area, Inspection area, and Capsule Filling area.
• Proper Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• To perform an investigation of deviations/ Incidents/ market Complaints or any discrepancy for analysis of root cause, identification of corrective action and preventive action and their implementation.
• Handling of deviations (Planned and unplanned): Initiation, implementation, execution and closing of deviation.
• Handling of change controls: Initiation, implementation, execution and closing of change controls.
• Handling of incidents: Initiation, execution and closing of incidents.
• Knowledge of Equipment and Area qualification.
• Knowledge of validation activity.
• Knowledge of BMR and BPR preparation.
• Knowledge of SOP preparation and review.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of API calculation.
• Ability to coordinate with PPIC, Warehouse, QA, and QC with respect to materials and documents.
• Online documents review (BMR, BPR, and daily usage logbook) of production.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and data integrity.
• Identify training needs for subordinates.
• Handle the training section and maintain the self-individual training record & training file.
• Knowledge of all QMS activities and implementation of all corrective and preventive action in production department.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have atleast 1 Years experience
• B Pharm
