Starmark Software - Associate Engineer - Windows/Linux Server (2-3 yrs)

Job Description :

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and related software.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network.

- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user access controls.

- Apply OS patches, security updates, and manage system backups and recovery processes.

- Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

- Monitor server health and performance metrics using appropriate tools.

- Manage and support Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).

- Implement and maintain security best practices (antivirus, firewalls, patch management).

- Provide technical support to internal users and act as an escalation point for helpdesk tickets.

- Maintain system documentation, change logs, and inventory records.
