Your Role
As a Specialist , you will be responsible for optimizing pricing strategies, maintaining price parity, and managing promotions for properties. You will negotiate pricing with homeowners, oversee quality control for property listings, and uphold their online reputation. Additionally, you will drive revenue growth across stays, FB, and additional services while effectively managing inventory. Acting as the primary liaison for homeowners, you will handle escalations, ensure agreements are in place, and facilitate timely settlements. Your role also includes analyzing market demand, tracking competitors, recommending property upgrades, and promoting the adoption of the homeowner app. Collaborating with brand and marketing teams will be key to enhancing property performance and revenue generation.

About You
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate pricing trends and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Ability to ensure price consistency across platforms while maintaining profitability.
  • Detail-oriented approach to quality control and improving conversion rates.
  • Effective communication and relationship management with homeowners.
  • Strategic mindset to track market demand, competition, and property upgrades.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in pricing, revenue management, or a similar role.

Bonus Points - these are nonessential, but a bonus if you have them!
  • Experience in managing luxury properties,strong knowledge of market demand and competition study.
