Job Description
As a Senior Specialist Photographer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a cohesive content strategy aligned with marketing objectives. Your primary responsibilities include planning and managing high-quality photo and video shoots, ensuring all visual content adheres to brand guidelines. You will oversee post-production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain a consistent content schedule, and manage vendor relationships. This role also requires managing content-related documentation, invoices, and reporting while contributing to editorial direction and enhancing the overall content quality across platforms.
About You
- Bachelors degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or a related field.
- 5 years of professional photography experience, with expertise in shooting and editing photos and videos.
- Strong knowledge of photo/video editing tools, compression techniques, and content formatting.
- Proficient in managing schedules, coordinating photoshoots, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in post-processing and content creation.
- Familiarity with MIS, PL, and reporting processes is an advantage.
- Owning professional photography equipment, such as cameras, wide lenses, drones, and a capable laptop, is a plus.
- A creative mindset with a strong editorial sense and an eye for detail.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage vendors and ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain a network of reliable vendors for photography services and equipment rentals to ensure seamless execution of shoots.
Key Metrics: What you will drive and achieve
- Walkthroughs (Vertical Format)
- Walkthroughs (Horizontal Format - YouTube)
- Execute two full shoots and ensure timely delivery within the defined TAT (from scheduled date to TRF approval date)
- Oversee the ordering and organization of photos
