Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager with hands-on expertise in Python development and a track record of successfully managing AI-NLP projects.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in AI-NLP projects and a total of 8-10 years of professional experience.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coordinating, and delivering complex AI-NLP initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing project lifecycles, managing technical teams, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Project Management : Lead end-to-end management of AI-NLP projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Technical Expertise : Apply hands-on experience in Python development and AI-NLP techniques to provide technical guidance, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.

- Team Management : Build and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals, and providing mentorship and support to team members.

- Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, translating them into technical tasks and deliverables.

- Risk Management : Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

- Quality Assurance : Oversee testing and quality control processes to maintain high-quality AI-NLP solutions.

- Resource Allocation : Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, hardware, and software, to optimize project productivity.

- Communication : Foster clear and consistent communication among team members and stakeholders, including project status updates and issue resolution.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports.

Technical Capabilities :

- Hands-on Python Development : Proficiency in Python, including the ability to develop and review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide development teams.

- AI-NLP Expertise : In-depth knowledge and experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, libraries, and frameworks (e., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).

- Machine Learning : Understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in AI-NLP projects.

- Data Management : Familiarity with data preprocessing, data pipelines, and data management in NLP projects.

- Cloud and Infrastructure : Experience with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as it pertains to AI-NLP projects.

Team Management Skills :

- Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Project Planning : Strong project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to define objectives, scope, and resource requirements.

Qualifications :
