Management Consultant - Pharma Firm (5-10 yrs)

1. Has 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

2. Has worked on the shop floor and understands pharma processes

3. Has worked on cost reduction for plant operations across areas like Utilities, Consumable, MRO/spares with procurement levers and consumption levers

4. Has worked on COGS reduction for formulation products and API

5. Has worked on solvent recovery , throughput improvement , OEE improvement

Process Analysis:

- Thoroughly analyze current plant processes, identifying areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

Problem Solving:

Utilize process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to diagnose root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.

Implementation:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring successful adoption and adherence to new procedures.

Data Analysis:

- Utilize data analysis tools to track process performance, measure the impact of improvements, and identify areas for further optimization.

Training and Support:

- Provide training and ongoing support to plant personnel to ensure they understand and adhere to new processes.

Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously monitor and suggest further enhancements to maintain optimal process performance.
