Job Description:

- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Worked on the shop floor and understands pharma processes

- Worked on cost reduction for plant operations across areas like Utilities, Consumable, MRO/spares with procurement levers and consumption levers

- Worked on COGS reduction for formulation products and API

- Worked on solvent recovery , throughput improvement , OEE improvement

Responsibilities:

- Process Analysis: Thoroughly analyze current plant processes, identifying areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

- Problem Solving: Utilize process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) to diagnose root causes of problems and develop effective solutions.

- Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring successful adoption and adherence to new procedures.

- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to track process performance, measure the impact of improvements, and identify areas for further optimization.

- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to plant personnel to ensure they understand and adhere to new processes.

- Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and suggest further enhancements to maintain optimal process performance.
