Consultant - Merges & Acquisition - Automobile/IT (8-15 yrs)

Knowledge & Experience:

- Knowledge of M&A process (Valuation, Deal structuring, due diligence etc.)

- Knowledge of Automotive industry and technology

- Understanding of various business models in mobility domain

- Experience of making a investment business case. (Syenergies, strategic fit etc.)

Strategic Planning:

- Identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets, developing M&A strategies, and prioritizing opportunities.

Deal Sourcing and Origination:

- Identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting market research, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Due Diligence:

- Conducting financial, legal, and operational assessments of potential targets.

Deal Structuring and Negotiation:

- Structuring transactions, negotiating deal terms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Post-Merger Integration:

- Managing the integration of acquired companies, including operational, cultural, and financial integration.
