Micro testing of S.G. iron and Grey Iron by using microscope & preparing related report.
Chemistry analysis by spectrometer.
Knowledge of SAP HANA
Maintain all the doc. of ISO/TS related to Melt shop & Lab.
Spectrometer calibration & standardization.
Control the chemistry & ladle lining to minimize the rejection in melting.
Sand testing & control the parameter related to sand properties.
Test all type of incoming raw material.
