8 - 15 years of Admin Experience in any Extrusion Products Manufacturing Company.

Must have experience in manufacturing operations overseeing various aspects of production, quality, dispatch, inventory and safety.
Ability to hire, train, motivate and supervise manufacturing teams, ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures.
Skilled in developing and executing production plans and schedules, monitoring performance indicators and resolving issues and problems.
Manage the daily operations facility of extrusion products manufacturing.
Supervision of staffs of various departments -foundry, production, quality, maintenance, anodizing, packing and safety.
Coordinate with management sales, purchasing, logistics other departments to ensure smooth timely operations from production to dispatch.
Ensure compliance with ISO quality standard, safety regulations environmental policies.
Cost reduction strategies to optimize efficiency productivity.
