Executive Assistant To The Managing Director
Role Overview:
- We are looking for a high-performing and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD).
- This role is not limited to traditional administrative duties; it is designed for a sharp, business-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, contributing to strategic initiatives, supporting critical decision-making, and driving cross-functional priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the MD on strategic planning and execution of key business priorities.
- Conduct market research and internal analysis to support high-impact decisions.
- Track progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution through proactive follow-ups.
Program & Project Management:
- Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams and business leaders.
- Identify potential risks, gaps, and delays; raise red flags with actionable insights.
- Act as a central point of coordination for key initiatives led by the MD's office.
Stakeholder Communication & Engagement:
- Create high-quality executive presentations, business reviews, and communication decks.
- Draft internal and external communication on behalf of the MD, maintaining a professional tone and strategic clarity.
- Attend meetings on behalf of the MD where needed, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on action points.
Business Support & Operations:
- Provide analytical support across business issues, performance trends, and strategic insights.
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, reviews, and offsites.
- Maintain utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive business and leadership information.
Candidate Profile:
Education:
- MBA from - (IIMA Only).
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar strategic role, or in consulting, corporate strategy, or program management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Confident communicator with outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
