As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to lead the development of Stryv's website and work on multiple client projects. This role requires a strong understanding of modern web technologies, WordPress, UX/UI design, and SEO best practices to create highly functional, visually appealing, and performance-driven websites.

Role & Responsibilities :

Website Development & UX/UI Implementation :

- Design, develop, and deploy highly responsive, dynamic, and SEO-friendly websites using WordPress and custom-built components.

- Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend elements to deliver a smooth user experience.

- Develop clean, well-structured, and maintainable code that aligns with industry best practices.

- Work with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to ensure UI/UX consistency and brand alignment across all web properties.

SEO & Performance Optimization :

- Implement technical SEO best practices, ensuring websites rank well and drive organic traffic.

- Optimize website speed, security, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.

- Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to monitor performance and implement improvements.

Project & Team Collaboration :

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

- Coordinate with content teams, graphic designers, social media managers, and developers to maintain consistency in branding and messaging.

- Lead the development of structured workflows and documentation for website projects.

Technical Expertise :

- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins as needed.

- Ensure proper API integrations and third-party tool compatibility where required.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in web development, digital marketing, and SEO strategies.

Qualifications & Skills : Mandatory Requirements :

- At least 6+ years of experience in WordPress development, custom themes, and plugin creation.

- Must have designed, developed, and deployed at least two live WordPress websites independently, in different domains or industries, which are currently active.

- Expertise with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.

- Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

- Expertise in website performance optimization, responsive design, and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience in SEO optimization, structured content development, and UI/UX best practices.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js for advanced web functionality.

- Understanding of headless CMS architectures and server-side technologies such as PHP or Node.js.
