Technical Program Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of complex programs and projects within the organization. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead initiatives, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.

What will you do?

• Technical Program Management:
  • Develop and manage program roadmaps aligned with product vision and business goals.
  • Break down programs into manageable workstreams and user stories.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and projects to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Track program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure program alignment and communication.
• Act as a Scrum Master:
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and guide the development team on Agile principles and practices.
  • Remove impediments that hinder team progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Champion continuous improvement by fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
  • Uphold Agile values and ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Preferred - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Experience implementing Agile practices at scale.
• Experience with Agile project management tools.
• Familiarity with outdoor sports is advantageous, aligning with our company's focus on merging technology with sports, enhancing the candidate's understanding of the target market and product context.
