Who are we looking for: 

Role: Manager/Senior Manager

Qualification: B.Tech (CS-IT) / BCA / MCA

Experience: 8-12 years

Location: Noida

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Solid understanding of the MERN stack and its core components.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, particularly MongoDB, including experience with data modelling.
• Good command of HTML and CSS.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React and Vue.js.

Required Skills:

• Total 8+ years of experience, at least 5+ years should be in professional software development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading or managing technical teams.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining Microservices architecture.
• Strong working knowledge of Node.js or React.js (both preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to independently create architecture diagrams, lead client meetings, and provide technical direction to the team.
• Proven experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and managing containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with GenAI models & integrations, including API orchestration, prompt engineering, and responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Collaborate closely with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements.
• Design and build efficient, scalable, and reusable components using the MERN stack.
• Develop robust APIs with Node.js and Express.js that integrate smoothly with front-end systems.
• Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js, ensuring performance and optimal user experience.
• Explore and incorporate Generative AI capabilities into SDLC including code review, content generation, code generation, or intelligent search functionalities.
