- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify prospects.
- Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to meet daily and weekly targets. Identify decision makers within target organizations and build rapport to facilitate further engagement.
- Document all interactions and update the CRM system with accurate lead information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Good to Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate product/service offerings and value propositions effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred)/Any Diploma (Preferred) Under Graduation/Graduates/Post Graduates (Fresher can also apply)
