Chinese Chef- Oriental food

Role & responsibilities

As an Oriental chef you will be responsible for preparing and serving Oriental food along with various types of Sushi and Dimsum in our restaurants and for events.

.Also along with this you will be responsible for the following :

• Menu planning: Developing new concepts and menus that are authentic and varied
• Kitchen management: Overseeing the kitchen, coordinating food preparation, and managing inventory
• Quality control: Ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes, and monitoring food freshness, presentation, and temperature
• Staff training: Training and supervising kitchen staff on Oriental cooking techniques and standards
• Food safety: Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Recipe development: Developing and updating recipes based on customer feedback and preferences
• Collaboration: Collaborating with other chefs to create new dishes
• Communication: Communicating with the executive chef about relevant information
