Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Learning & Development (L&D) to lead our training initiatives, focusing on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent development, capable of designing and executing training programs, and committed to driving continuous learning and growth within the organization.
L&D Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning & development strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), audits, call observations, and performance assessments.
- Ensure that training programs enhance employee productivity, engagement, and retention.
Sales Training & Onboarding:
- Design and deliver new hire training programs to equip employees with essential skills, product knowledge, and company insights.
- Conduct skills gap analyses to ensure training addresses specific performance challenges.
- Lead product training and revival sessions for both new and existing sales teams.
Coaching & Performance Improvement:
- Conduct intervention sessions and coaching programs to address individual and team performance gaps.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to optimize training delivery and drive better sales outcomes.
- Track training effectiveness through post-training assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Content Development & Learning Tools:
- Develop engaging learning materials, presentations, and training modules.
- Leverage technology and digital learning platforms to enhance training effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest L&D trends, sales methodologies, and best practices.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with HR and sales leadership to ensure L&D programs align with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of trainers and facilitators.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certification in L&D, Sales Training, or Talent Development (preferred).
- Overall experience of 8 to 15 years, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales professional role
- Strong experience in sales training, onboarding, and coaching programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and measure ROI.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and timelines.
