Key Result Areas
1) Data Strategy
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the distributor's data strategy
- Identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business distributor cross sell
2) Model Development and Analysis
- Lead the development of predictive models and data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with data scientists to design experiments, analyze data, and derive actionable insights
- Ensure model accuracy, robustness, and scalability
3) Data Governance and Compliance
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
4) Resource Management:
- Evaluate and recommend new data science tools and platforms to enhance productivity
