Role & responsibilities : Handle inbound calls as well as Outbound calls for HNI customer base. Well versed with negotiation, calculations, ROI understanding, Cross selling / Upsell skills.
Preferred candidate profile : 2+ Years of experience in NBFC/ Fintech / Banking as Tele caller for Lending business (PL, BL & HL).
