Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Monthly MIS & Data Analysis for strategic planning and business insights.
- Lead New Business Development (PV) initiatives with a proactive approach.
- Act as Key Account Manager for North-based customers including HCIL, Mobis, and Tier-1 suppliers.
- Drive end-to-end ownership of Product Costing, RM/FE Indexing, Customer Claims, RFQs, and Proposal Submissions.
- Deep understanding of automotive technologies, market trends, and emerging challenges.
- Develop and monitor budgets and long-term sales plans in alignment with business goals.
- Foster strong customer relationships with a customer-centric, result-oriented mindset.
- Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to support business growth.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Proven track record in automotive business development, particularly within the PV segment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
