Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage plant materials procurement, inventory control, and supply chain development to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, new vendor development, and supplier management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning, material planning, purchase planning, and OPEX.
- Analyze data from SAP MM module to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by implementing effective inventory control measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-17 years of experience in manufacturing industry with expertise in B.Tech/B.E. (Any Specialization), M.Tech (Any Specialization).
- Strong understanding of SAP MM module and its applications in material procurement and inventory management.
- Proven track record of achieving cost reductions through efficient supply chain development and supplier management.
- Communication should be excellent.
