Job Description

- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, hazard analysis, and MIS preparation to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective HSE documentation systems for incident investigation, emergency response planning, work permit systems, and fire safety protocols.
- Provide training on various aspects of health, safety, and environment (HSE), including risk identification, accident investigation, emergency preparedness, and first aid techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving overall HSE performance across the organization.
- Ensure timely completion of all required reports related to HSE activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in the Health Safety & Environment (HSE) field or a similar role. (Manufacturing Industry)
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Environmental Science).
- Strong understanding of industrialization processes and regulations governing environmental protection.
