IT Manager - Enterprise Data Engineering (10-17 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Cloud and Data Manager to provide strategic and technical direction to help deliver our next-generation solutions using cloud-based technologies. This role requires expertise around data quality and maintaining the production environment, where the delivered solutions are executing on daily basis. You must be an excellent communicator with business partners, management, and software developers alike, displaying creativity along with strong analysis and design skills.

Experience : 10-14 years' experience in data engineering role, including 2+ years of experience in managing a data engineering team.

Responsibilities :

- Should resemble the unique requirements for the role. May include more than one of each type.

- Extensive experience with Azure Cloud strategies & industry best practices

- Excellent skills in data management, data modelling, data services, reporting, and analytics as well as the tools used to support these areas

- Experience with SQL Server, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL and Azure Cloud ecosystem applications.

- Experience in a self-service Business Intelligence environment.

- In-depth knowledge of and proven cloud experience with cloud data management

- Collaborate and develop credibility and rapport with business stakeholders and data stewards.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and delivery experience.

- Building Data Pipelines & ETL jobs using cloud-native technologies & design patterns.

- Experience in designing resilient systems & creating disaster recovery plans.

- Working in Master Data Management.

- Building text-mining content processing pipelines for unstructured data.

- Working in Agile Scrum or Kanban teams & deploying solutions using Continuous Delivery best practices.
