Job Title: SAP FICO Lead

Location: Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 10+ Years

• Provide SAP FICO maintenance and support in a hybrid work environment.

• Configure and test Financial Accounting (FI) Managerial Accounting (CO) modules.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and General Ledger (GL).

• Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules like COPA, New GL, SD, and MM.

• Work on Revenue Recognition (ASC 605/606), Banking Credit Card Management, and Tax Management.

• Support Month-End and Year-End Closing activities, including asset depreciation.

• Develop and manage IDOCs, including creation, monitoring, and debugging.

• Collaborate with business users to understand and resolve system queries/issues.

• Provide functional specifications and interact with the technical team.

• Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions for end users and QA/UAT teams.

• Maintain documentation in HP ALM and ensure compliance with SAP Activate Methodology.

• Extend support during critical business operations, including weekends and on-call support when required.

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO implementation and support projects.

• In-depth knowledge of FI-SD Integration, Revenue Recognition, and Tax Management.

• Experience in Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processes and Deferred Accounts.

• Working knowledge of Vertex Accelerator upgrades and Substitution Version updates.

• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve business queries/issues.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and ABAP debugging is a plus.

• Willingness to work in production support, including extended hours and critical issue resolution.
