Job Title: L3 Support Engineer (React)

Location: Chennai, Hyderabad

Experience Level: 4 7 years

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled L3 Support Engineer (React) with strong frontend expertise in React.js and working knowledge of Java to join our support team. In this role, youll be the go-to expert for resolving complex issues escalated from L1 and L2 support, ensuring smooth performance and availability of our web applications.

• 4+ years of experience in application support, software development, or technical operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript ecosystem.

• Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.

• Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot experience is a plus).

• Good understanding of REST APIs and how frontend and backend integrate.

• Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills (network, performance, browser console).

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

• Strong communication skills and customer-centric mindset.
