Systems Engineer (Matlab)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement innovative model-based control strategies for complex systems such as HVAC units, power electronics, and transport refrigeration systems.

• Develop dynamic system models using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Simscape, and validate them through simulation and experimental data.

• Prepare and execute test cases to ensure control models meet functional requirements.

• Automate testing processes to enhance development efficiency and accuracy.

• Explore and evaluate advanced control methodologies, developing proof-of-concept prototypes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams for requirement gathering, design reviews, and system integration.

Required Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or a related field.

• Strong experience in MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Simscape.

• Proven expertise in model-based control design and validation.

• Hands-on experience with test case development and test automation.

• Solid understanding of control theory and system dynamics.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
