Quality Head (10-15 yrs)

- The primary focus of this role is to lead the quality assurance function and drive all quality initiatives.

- This role also acts as the management representative for ISO related activities in the Company

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE), preferably in electrical/mechanical/production

- Relevant work experience of 10 - 15 years in the quality department in a light engineering industry or metal industry.

- Least 1 - 2 years as an MR (management representative) and 5 years heading the QA function of a similar setup

- Should have quality certifications like ISO, TQM, and Six Sigma, etc.

- Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point ERP and technical tools like SPC and SOC

- Lead, mentor, and manage at least 30-35 team members to ensure efficient execution of quality assurance and quality control processes.

- Develop training programs to improve team skills and knowledge on quality standards.

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and set objectives for the team.

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, standards, and tools (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Identification of critical business issues.
