Job Summary:
Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of AGM/GM - Projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of handling government departments and private sector project sales in the wire and cable industry. A solid understanding of the North Indian market, particularly Delhi/NCR, UP (entire), Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive project sales initiatives across government and private sectors.
- Develop and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders in various government departments.
- Identify new project opportunities and ensure timely bid submissions.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional project sales team.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue growth in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project execution and after-sales service.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to shape project strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the wire and cable industry.
- Proven expertise in dealing with government departments and private project sales.
- Strong network and working exposure across Delhi/NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Rajasthan.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
