The Application Management Solution Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing application support strategies and solutions for customer IT applications. They will be able to work effectively with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges, and design tailored solutions that meet their needs. Also supports responding to technical questions in RFI/RFPs by providing clear, concise, and accurate answers that demonstrate the value and feasibility of the proposed solution. Should have 15+ years of experience in designing such solutions.

• Senior IT professional who designs, develops, and implements technical solutions for complex IT projects. Works closely with the business development, sales, and delivery teams to understand the client's requirements, challenges, and goals.
• Analyze the client's business and technical needs and propose the best-fit solution that meets their expectations and budget.
• Review and validate the technical requirements, specifications, and assumptions of the IT proposal.
• Design and implement application management strategies and solutions for customer IT applications by working closely with customers to understand their specific requirements and challenges.
• Responsible for proposal responses covering solution architecture, High level and low level design & relevant differentiators required to win the proposals.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to showcase the solution's capabilities and benefits.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the IT industry and apply them to the solution design and development
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in application management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services
• Experience in working on Innovation Track like IPs, Accelerators, Solution Ideation
• Nice to have knowledge and skills in various IT domains like cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
