RPA Developer

Job Summary

As an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer you will be responsible for building intelligent automation solutions that meet the provided requirements laid out in the Process Definition and Solution Design Documents. You will work closely with the Business Analyst and Solution Architect to build solutions using selected framework tools and development best practices. Your solutions must meet all business, development, and testing requirements. As part of the development process you will properly document your projects and provide a troubleshooting guide for members of the production support team. After deployment you will monitor the process closely and respond to issues that arise during a limited period of hypercare. Finally, all developers rotate onto the production support team for a period of time.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Actively participate in all SCRUM ceremonies and team meetings.

Develop automation processes using UiPath that meet the requirements laid out in the Process Definition Document.

Build processes according to the technical guidelines laid out in the Solution Design Document.

Work with Business Analyst and Solution Architect for guidance on the business and technical requirements for your projects.

Thoroughly document your process within the UiPath project.

Complete all unit, DEV, and UAT tests according to requirements in the PDD and the following the testing guidelines.

Provide a troubleshooting guide for your process upon deployment to production.

Actively monitor and address production issues during hypercare period following production deployment.

Rotate onto Production Support team periodically to assure highest possible customer service from the Digital Operation team.

Knowledge and Skills

2 - 5 years UiPath development experience.

Exposure to solution development outside of RPA.

Knowledge of .Net (Visual Basic and/or C#) software development.

Knowledge of SQL databases and development (T-SQL)

Detail oriented self-motivated individual.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders team members.

Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Willingness to periodically work in support capacity.

Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Experience with business process analysis and/or design.

Experience using UiPath (Studio and Orchestrator)
