To evaluate current PMs of Metro rail from any city in India

Candidate should have minimum 15 yrs experience and currently working as Manager for a Metro project with 8 years of metro construction project managing Metro rail (elevated)

Qualification & Experience:

- They should have 15+ years of experience with a bachelor's or master's degree, degree (B.Tech / BE - Civil) & (M.Tech & M.E - Civil) in Engineering, or a related field from reputed educational institutions like - IITs & NITs,NICMAR of India.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. To be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution and completion of project execution ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals

2. Introduce construction benchmarks and standards.

3. Lead the planning and implementation of the site construction.

4. Plan and schedule project timelines.

5. Define project tasks and resource requirements.

6. Coordinate project related approvals, activities with Government or other agencies as required. Should have a found engineering basic knowledge to discuss & sort out technical issues clients / consultants in order to speed up project execution.

7. Management of existing clients & Liaison with external agencies, Govt. officials, vendor development & mgmt.

8. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide direction and support to the project team.

9. Implement and manage site level changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

10. Responsible for the timely completion of the construction within budget and safety metrics.

11. Ability to deliver under pressure within a limited time frame

12. As Vice President, this person will have various duties and responsibilities that were learned through trial and error throughout the years in the workforce.

13. Be aware of the internal and external competition from local and national companies who work in similar areas and keep up to date with the overall economic landscape

14. Look for expansion opportunities, like new customers, markets and industry developments. Take advantage of possible opportunities that can occur to advance the company.

15. Evaluate the overall state of the company and understand where it can improve and what it is doing well.

16. Contribute to the area of the business to add to profitability

17. Create and see through a specific plan that guides the company or specific department to work towards.
