Job Description :

As a Founding Software Engineer - Backend, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our backend systems. You will work closely with our technical leadership to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable solutions that support our AI-driven sales platform. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of B2B companies in their GTM strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Python and Django.

- Implement and optimize data storage solutions with MongoDB.

- Ensure the scalability and reliability of our services by leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure the highest level of software quality.

- Contribute to architectural decisions and product development strategies in a startup environment.

Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Python and Django.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and AWS.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in startup environments is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
