Position Head - Sales

Location Dubai, UAE

Reports to Founder / CEO

Job Summary :

Our Client is seeking an experienced IT Sales & Solutioning Head as a P&L Leader to oversee & create brand visibility and new client acquisition of the company within the UAE Region. This role will involve detailed contract reviews, MIS analysis to derive actionable insights, and the development of new growth strategies to support the company's growth and profitability. This role will be responsible for Business planning, analysis, risk management, and driving financial decision-making processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Seeking and Sourcing New Clients: Develop networks and identify business opportunities to acquire new clients.

- Strategic Planning: Devise strategies and plans to identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.

- Execution of Goals Through Vigilant Follow-up: Emphasizing vigilant follow-up for successful goal attainment from the connected clients.

- High-Growth Environment: Operate effectively in a high-growth environment, collaborating with the leadership team to develop and expand the company's footprint.

- Consultative Techniques: Employ effective consultative techniques, including pre-call planning and productive questioning strategies, to secure new business.

- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong follow-up and understanding the client's needs to build and nurture relationships.

- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned regions.

- Client Financials: Take responsibility for client receivables and plan and execute contract renewals for assigned accounts.

- Client Meetings: Maintain a consistent schedule of online meetings with clients to manage performance objectives, customer expectations, and assess ongoing needs.

- Deliver Presentation: quality presentations to clients and actively participate in the development of new project proposals.

- Documentation and Feedback: Document all client requests and comments to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions on client escalations.

- Goal Execution: Execute short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures as set by the leadership team.

- Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Process Adherence: Follow all outlined processes in all activities, ensuring metrics are achieved and reported properly to the leadership team.

- Team Collaboration: Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment

Skills:

- Contract review and negotiation

- Excellent in Client Relationship and Key Account Management

Education & Experience:

- PG Diploma or Master's Degree from well-regarded Institutes or equivalent education with 10+ years of experience in IT Solution selling / Pre-Sales / New Client acquisition

- Strong knowledge of local industry trends and market analysis

- Experience in contract review, MIS reporting, and driving & building new strategies

- Proficiency in HR Management software and advanced Excel skills

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.

- Prior experience in a fast-growing or large-scale IT Solutioning / Services B2B organization

- Familiarity with ERP systems and software

- Strong relationship management skills with CXO's / CHROs / Executive Board Members / Senior Leadership

- Someone who has lead / made / handled business deals in the range of $1-10M and grew the business to 2/3 xxx for the organization
