We're Hiring: Growth Manager - B2B SaaS (AI Platform)
Location: Mumbai | Full-Time | On-Site (5 Days/Week)
Are you excited about AI, growth strategy, and shaping the future of retail tech? We're looking for a Growth Manager to own the growth charter for one of our flagship B2B AI platforms.
This is a high-impact role where you'll drive user acquisition, product-led growth, and revenue acceleration while collaborating across marketing, product, and sales teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead growth strategy and execution for a high-scale B2B AI product
- Launch and optimize marketing and ABM campaigns
- Drive lead generation through smart channels and rapid experimentation
- Turn data into action with dashboards, analytics, and product insights
- Work with sales and RevOps to drive revenue-forward outcomes
- Stay on the pulse of AI and retail tech innovation
We're Looking For:
- 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth or strategy
- Strong analytical mindset - SQL, GA, Zapier, Clay, Apollo, etc.
- Background in consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Bain) or high-growth startups preferred
- Passion for product-led growth and a hands-on approach to testing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
