Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance records and ensure compliance with attendance regulations.
- Prepare and file all necessary statutory compliances (PF, PT, ESI, etc.)
- Calculate and process employee TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).
- Perform payroll calculations and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client-specific regulatory requirements related to HR practices.
- Develop and implement an internal compliance framework for HR processes.
- Conduct regular audits and monitor adherence to internal and external HR compliance standards.
- Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies and liaise with them as needed.
- Effectively communicate compliance updates and procedures to internal stakeholders (HR team, Management).
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and record-keeping for all HR compliance activities.
- Uphold high ethical standards and ensure all HR practices adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, etc.) and compliance procedures.
- Experience with payroll processing, attendance management systems, and TDS calculations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
